Abstract
The Pulo Gadung Terminal is a public transportation hub. It is a Type B passenger terminal with a total area of 35,196 square meters. This study was motivated by indications of inconsistencies between the terminal's existing conditions and the service standards set forth in Ministry of Transportation Regulation No. 40 of 2015. The study also aims to evaluate the terminal's location based on Ministry of Transportation Regulation No. 24 of 2015. This study aims to assess the conformity of the terminal's existing conditions with Ministerial Regulation No. 40 of 2015 on the operation of passenger road transport terminals and evaluate the terminal's location based on Ministerial Regulation No. 24 of 2021. Methods used include descriptive evaluative analysis to assess existing conditions and overlay analysis to examine terminal location suitability in relation to the spatial plan and route network. The research findings revealed that several facilities do not comply with Terminal Service Standards. The location compliance assessment results indicate that Pulo Gadung Terminal complies with its designated purpose as it is located within the transportation zone and the route network. This research benefits terminal managers by providing input to improve service quality and indirectly supports transportation planning.
