Mitigasi dan Analisis Tingkat Risiko Bencana Banjir di Kabupaten Situbondo

Abstract
Situbondo Regency is one of the areas in East Java Province that has the potential for flood disasters based on several studies that have been carried out. However, Situbondo Regency does not yet have a study related to mapping flood risk levels and disaster mitigation plan tools.  This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of flood risk in Situbondo Regency, find out the level of flood risk in Situbondo Regency, find out the mitigation efforts that can be done in reducing flood risk in Situbondo Regency. This study was conducted with AHP analysis to determine the factors that most influence flood risk. Spatial analysis was carried out to map the level of flood risk. As well as a SWOT analysis used to determine flood mitigation efforts. The results of this study show that there are 2 factors that most influence the level of flood risk, namely land use and rainfall. From the spatial analysis, 5 levels of flood risk were obtained in Situbondo Regency. And there are 3 strategic efforts that can be applied in flood mitigation efforts in Situbondo Regency.
